We stand behind every product GlowMo by Domo sells. If your kit isn't what you expected, doesn't fit your build, or just isn't doing it for you — you've got 60 full days from the date of delivery to send it back and get your money back. No interrogation. No restocking fees on unopened items.

How it works

  1. Email iamdomokunta@gmail.com with your order number and a one-line reason. (We don't grill you. The reason just helps us improve the product.)
  2. We send back a return authorization (RMA) and the return address, usually within 1 business day.
  3. You ship the item back. Original packaging preferred but not required — just protect it for transit.
  4. Once we receive it, we issue your refund within 5 business days. Refund hits your original payment method.

What qualifies

  • Any physical product purchased from GlowMo by Domo within the last 60 days
  • Item is in functional condition (used is OK — but not destroyed or modified beyond recognition)
  • You have your order number

What doesn't qualify

  • Items returned after 60 days from delivery date
  • Items destroyed by misuse (cut strips beyond normal install, melted from heat exposure, deliberate damage)
  • Digital products (DIY LED Blueprint, LED Masterclass, GlowMo Bundle) — see digital refund terms below

Return shipping

Customers cover return shipping. We don't add restocking fees on unopened items. For partial-use returns, we may withhold a small condition adjustment depending on what comes back — but we'll always tell you upfront.

Digital product refunds

Digital products (Blueprint / Masterclass / Bundle) are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you haven't downloaded the file yet. Once a digital file is downloaded, it can't be refunded — same as any other digital download platform. Reach out within 14 days if it's not what you expected and we'll make it right.
