GlowMo Warranty

1-Year Manufacturer Warranty on every physical product we sell.

You picked up a GlowMo kit, you installed it clean, and now something's not working right? We've got you. Every physical product in the GlowMo store is covered for one full year from the date of delivery against manufacturer defects. No registration, no fine print games — your purchase receipt is your proof.

What's covered

  • Defective controllers (won't power on, won't pair, intermittent failure out of the box)
  • Defective LED strips (dead pixels at delivery, partial-strip failure within normal use)
  • Defective accessories (connectors, fuses, adapters that fail without misuse)

What's NOT covered

  • Damage from incorrect installation (wrong polarity, no fuse, exceeded amp limits)
  • Physical damage (cut strips, crushed connectors, broken from impact or heat exposure)
  • Damage from modifications outside our installation guide (DIY Blueprint or LED Masterclass)
  • Normal wear and tear after extended use
  • Loss or theft

How to file a claim

  1. Email iamdomokunta@gmail.com with: your order number, a photo or short video of the issue, and a one-line description of what's not working.
  2. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
  3. Most defective parts are replaced, not refunded — we ship a replacement out, you don't have to ship the broken one back unless we ask.
  4. If a replacement isn't available, we issue a full refund for that item.

Digital products

Digital products (DIY LED Blueprint, LED Masterclass, GlowMo Bundle) are not covered by this warranty since there's nothing physical to fail. See our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee for refund terms on digital items.
